Continental Europe tests thousands of working dogs annually in KNPV, IGP, mondioring and service selection. That volume creates choice — if you want a two-year-old with verified grip quality, clean environmental behaviour and a documented pedigree, the odds of finding one in Rotterdam are far higher than in the UK.
What we source
Puppies from planned working breedings, green adolescents with foundation work in place, and adult dogs with completed protection or detection training. Every category is assessed to the same standard before we recommend it.

The import process
We handle veterinary certification, rabies vaccination and titre testing where required, microchipping, export paperwork and DEFRA-compliant transport. Dogs travel accompanied wherever possible and are collected personally on arrival.
Settling in
Every imported dog goes through a structured decompression period: quiet routine, minimal demands, controlled introductions and no training pressure for the first ten to fourteen days. We then run a handover programme transferring commands, markers and control to you.
Costs and timelines
Import costs vary with age, training level and origin. We give a full written breakdown covering the dog, transport, veterinary work, documentation and handover training before any deposit is taken. Typical lead times run from two months for puppies to nine months for a specific trained adult profile.
