Step 1 — Consultation
We start with a call covering your experience, household, property, goals and timeline. This usually takes thirty to forty-five minutes and there is no charge and no obligation.
Step 2 — Matching
We recommend a specific dog, a planned breeding or an import search brief. You receive pedigree, health documentation, assessment notes and unedited video, along with an honest account of the dog's weaknesses.
Step 3 — Viewing or assessment
Where possible you meet the dog, in person or on a live video assessment in an unfamiliar environment. For imports we arrange a kennel visit or a full recorded assessment session.
Step 4 — Reservation
A reservation is confirmed with a written agreement and a deposit, typically 20% of the total. The agreement sets out health terms, delivery timeline, training included and the return policy.
- Written contract before any payment
- Deposit typically 20%, balance on collection
- Health agreement and pedigree supplied in writing
- Return policy included as standard
Step 5 — Delivery and handover
We deliver the dog personally where possible, run the handover programme with you, provide a written development plan and schedule follow-up sessions through the first year.
