Enquiries and quotations
Prices shown are indicative and subject to assessment. No contract exists until a written agreement has been issued and a deposit received.
Deposits and payment
Reservations are confirmed with a written agreement and a deposit, typically twenty per cent of the total. The balance is payable on collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Health agreements
Every dog is supplied with a written health agreement setting out the initial veterinary examination period and cover for hereditary conditions. Full terms are provided before purchase.
Training services
Training outcomes depend on the dog and on the handler applying agreed protocols between sessions. We commit to professional delivery and honest assessment, not to guaranteed behavioural results.
Owner responsibility
Once a dog is placed, the owner is legally responsible for its control, containment, welfare and insurance, including compliance with the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 and the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
