īweriū Working K9 supplies European working dogs and working dog training in the United Kingdom and Ireland. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
We collect the name, email address, telephone number, location and enquiry details you submit through our contact and enquiry forms, together with basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to enquiries, arrange assessments, deliver training and fulfil contracts. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients, and contract performance where a placement or training agreement is in place.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for two years. Client records relating to a dog placement are retained for the working life of the dog plus six years for legal and welfare purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing at any time by emailing enquiries@iweriuworkingk9.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security
Data is stored on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is limited to team members who need it to respond to your enquiry.
